The Spike Factor exists because choosing a college major and career direction should not feel like a guessing game. We give high school students and their families a structured, affordable way to discover strengths, interests, and aptitudes — then translate those insights into practical next steps.
Our goal is not to replace counselors or parents. It is to give students a stronger starting point for conversations, decisions, and planning.
